The Result of Boston Celtics Long Waiting

The long wait is over. The Boston Celtics last appeared in the NBA Finals in 2010. Today, they secured a place in the 2022 NBA Finals after beating the Miami Heat, 100-96, in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Celtics became kings in the east as well as challenged the Golden State Warriors in the final round.

The Celtics have never fallen behind on their journey to victory in Game 7. Jayson Tatum scored 26 points, Jaylen Brown & Marcus Smart each added 24 points. Brown & Smart helped delay the rise of the Miami Heat in the final minutes. Al Horford added 14 rebounds for the Celtics, and will feature in his first career NBA Finals.

On the other hand, Jimmy Butler, who managed to drag the series to Game 7, finished the game by scoring 35 points. Butler in the previous game put 47 points. Of course this loss made him sad. Likewise using Bam Adebayo. He added 25 for the Heat, who trailed by 11 points at less by 3 min. Adebayo seemed to tear the jersey he was wearing as a self-actualization of sadness.

The Celtics forced the Heat to commit nine consecutive error turnovers during the fourth quarter. This had made the Celtics able to score a 90-79 advantage. Forcing versus not being able to share the game. Celtics can set the rhythm of the game. The Celtics defense delayed the Heat to only 33% shooting accuracy in the first quarter.

“The road we went through was relatively difficult to get here, not many people believed in us. We took the toughest route and succeeded,” said Jayson Tatum after being named MVP of the Eastern Conference Finals.

The Boston Celtics will face the Golden State Warriors in the 2022 NBA Finals. The Warriors beat the Dallas Mavericks to earn their place in the final. The first match will be held on Friday, the third of May 2022.

“We’ve struggled through a lot of adversity this year. We’re a reliable team and tonight seems to show our season fever. We never seem to close the door and have to work it out.”

The Boston Celtics show us all that hard work and passion can make the impossible come true.
